Hi, Suppose if the end user's problem has to be resolved by
using development server or (in other words (IMG Server)then
how can we help end user in resolving the error/ ticket? Who
will have authorization to work in IMG server & get
resolution for end user's error? As a support consultant how
can we help the end user in resolving the issue in such a case?

In development servr it is always the functional consultant
who sloves the problem of the end user and it is nothng but
presention layer.

incase of technical difficulty you take the help of
technical team but on the for front only functionla guy soves it

we are using order related billing and billing get generated automaticaly in overnight run.As my q is user has cancel the biliiing document after creating that one.but after cancelation no cancel accounting document get generated.so sales order remain closed and no billing document get generate in overnight run.but when user has created the Credit memo order with respect to cancel billing document the respective sales order get open and billing document get generate in overnight run.so can you please tell me hwo the system come to knoe after rasing the credit meno order that billing document has cancled and sales order has open so the billing document will be craete.please help me regarding thsi query.
