THE MOMENT OF INERTIA OF SHORTER SPAN IS LESS THAN ITS
LONGER SPAN,SLAB ALWAYS FAILS IN ITS SHORTER DIRECTION DATS
WHY WE PROVIDE MAIN REINFORCEMENT IN SHORTER SPAN.
