What is your strenght and weakness...?

first thing we have to keep in mind is that both strengths
and weakness are correlated, if u know your weakness, it is
possible to convert it to your strength, when you are
giving your answer for weakness you have to conceal your
answers in such a way that it throws a positive attitude
about you. This answer will mostly suit a bpo related job.

Strengths are that u are a dynamic team player with a
positive attitude. Have good communication, multi tasking,
analytical, and comprehending, interpretation and
scrutinizing skills. I am a self motivator who knows very
well what my job role in the company is. Always try to
achieve and excel in targets, I always try to find
innovative ideas for quick process improvement and cost
effectiveness after discussing my ideas with my superiors,
liaise well with colleagues and team members, treat all
staff members as internal customers. Always open for
feedback, and try to achieve the jobs short and long term
goals.

weakness are: I often feel sympathetic to the problems of
my colleagues and fresher’s who are struggling to meet
targets, so I go outright to help them, sometimes my
helping nature does slow down my speed- this point also
proves that you have an helping attitude and have good
process knowledge
I put a lot of emphasis on achieving hundred percent
quality and getting it right the first time around also
tend to know exactly what my Nitty-gritty’s are, so during
my initial stages of work I do not produce a lot of
quantity of work- this point proves that you will produce
quality work and have a tendency for excellence and more
over companies do not expect you to produce lot of quantity
of work straight away.

Tend to be a touch too innovative at times wanting to try
new ideas, so I tend to have constructive and healthy work
related arguments in team meetings with colleagues who are
not open to sudden change.

go outright in helping customers and clients so it does
reduce my call handling time and have missed a better
rating due to this.
