I like this job because there are several reasons:
First one is, today world is running very fast with
outsourcing and by the technology companies are providing
and receiving services from anywhere of the world and also
now BPO rotation is came into market
Second one is, I feel this sector is one of the
most challenging jobs.
Third one is, bpo gives various things like how to
behave, how to talk, how to interact with different people
around the world, how to solve various problems and
improvement in communication skill that’s why I think that
it’s an better opportunity for fresher.
