Sales professional knows that primary goal depends on the
organization, that if org is well established and reputed
then our goal is to sell the product of the company and we
should retain the customers for the organization using our
skills and abilities.
if it is well established,one we have to keep our efforts
for generating sales so that profits should be increased.
secondary role is the personal growth with the
growth of the org.we can apply or introduce new sales
strateges for the growth of the organization.
