sometimes, eventhough the HV side of the transformer is
opened there is a voltage in LV side .How is it possible?

I am not agree with you people. Residual magnetism can not
produce any emf. You need a variable flux or rotating
conductor to produce emf, which is not the case.
There will not be any voltage in sec winding if primary is
kept open.
