normally we create pricing procedure for sales
organization. if any new products introduced and taes any
thing changed we will make it.

I have created value contract with order type WK1 in VA41. The target value is 500 USD and the net price is 1000 USD. There was no pop up message or error thrown while saving the contract when the net price exceeded the target value. And the system allowed to save the contract.
