it is a parallel combination of capacitor and inductor choke.
which offers the high impedance at its(tuned)resonsnce frequency. and resonce freq. is Fr=1/(2*3.14*f*c)
where
f=frequency
Fr=resonance frequency
pye=3.14
c=capacitance of ckt.
this ckt r used in tuned amplifier etc. for getting the desired high gain at resonance frequency.
