no, i have not mentioned either my strenghts or my
weaknesses in my resume because i m a fresher and new to
the organisation. i got to know myself in a vivid manner
for that i need some time to develop myself in this
corporate world.

1.Please tell me HRD is problem or not? if yes then tell is it a problem for top to bottom or bottom to top. 2. As a fresh HR Manager how will you make policy for HR Department? Give Sample of Policy?
