job is generic while position is specific to its
role,responsibilities, task and assignments.
for Eg: A Job: Manager,Professor,Developer, Accountant
A Positon: finance manager, asst Prof of
Economics,Jnr Software Developer,Payroll Accountant,(which
is specific to a defined role or task within the
organization)
A Job can have multiple position
e.g Prof of Economics, asst Prof of
