i have the best easy way to do:
requirements::::
1.operating system (xp)
2.mother board driver
3.cd-rom drive
procedure:::::
restart your computer
press hit delete or f2 to setup bios
got to boot tab
choose boot disk priority
press enter
first boot cd-rom/dvd-rom
press f10 to save
then the computer restarts
put the disk in the cd-rom or dvd rom
after it restarted it appears>>>>press any key to boot from
cd-rom>>>then press any to boot
after the setup it says that:
>>>>>>press enter to setup windows xp
>>>>>>press (r) to go to recovery console
>>>>>>hmmmm the third Uh never mind (lolz)

but u need to choose the sedcond choices for this
setup>>>then after that it goes to a dos command promt and
type the word >>>>>>>>chkdsk>>.>>>>> and the disk is running
in dos mode then after checking the drives type >>>>exit to
restart>>>
press hit delete again >>>go to boot tab>>>then boot device
