YES IM IS ACT AS A INDUCTION GENERATOR WHEN IT RUNS AT MORE
THAN A SYNCHRONOUS SPEED AT SUCH A CONDITION IT WILL GIVE
REACTIVE POWER TO AVOID THESE PROBLEM DRIVES WITH BREAKING
RESISTORS ARE USED.
