I have leaded my team when i used to work for tata
communications. The situation came accross when my team
leader was not available. Our manager has gvn me the
opportunity to lead the team because i was senoir in my
team i hav leaded my team for 2 days. All the team members
hav supported me very well. At the end of the day i got
appreciation frm our managers.
