Many think that the water level increases as ice melts but
it doesn't happen since there is an interesting feature in ice.
i will explain it below,
Ice is the only non metallic substance which will expand
when it freezes.So the volume occupied will be more.
Now u can easily understand y the water level decreases as
ice melts.
