As we cannot forecast the future, It is better to say:

To be frank at this moment am actually concentrating and
determined to learn new things, upgrade my knowledge &
skills, quickly adopt myself to the new environment and Put-
in hardwork and effort to give good performance.

So i feel it is better put up a good show and company will
itself recognize me and my talent.
