THE RETENTION TIME OF THE PEAK AT MULTIPLE WAVELENTH i.e at
DIFFERENT NANOMETERS IN HPLC INSTRUMENT.FOR EXAMPLE CAFFINE
WAVELENTH CAN BE DETECT AT 205, 243, 273 nm AT A TIME BY
PDA DETECTOR BY HPLC
