CALL CENTER IS WHICH USED IN ALL BUSINESS IT SHOWS THE
GROWTH OF THE CONCERN.
VOICE IS NOTHING BUT REACHING PEOPLE OR CUSTOMER THROUGH
TELEPHONE
NON VOICE WHICH REPRESENTS THE WORK USING IN THE SYSTEM AS
DATA ENTRY,PROCESSING AND DESIGNING ETC
