How did you get requirements from the client?
How did you send reports to the client?
How did you interact with your client? I mean through e-
mail or phone or in any other way?

It depends on the protocol, wt you follow in your project
or organisation to interact with customer. It can be a
onsite co-ordinator, it can be QA Manager/QALead, who will
update the status to the customer. They guys can invite
other QA members to interact with customer, as when
required.
Requirements are created and reviewed at many stages before
its comes to QA. There could be a business analyst team who
will discuss its with the solution architects and the
stakeholders and come up with the SRS. HLD and LLD will be
derived from this SRS. Nomally these documents are placed
in the share reposiotory or project portals. As a tester
you can pick these documents, but before picking its from
shares locations you shpould ensure that its a baselined
version.
