Direct Taxes are the taxes for those who are intended to
pay, they can not be tranferred to others.
eg. personal income taxes, sucesscion duties, wealth taxes,
property taxes
Indirect Taxes are the taxes which could be tranferred to
others though price increase.
eg. VAT (Value Added Taxes), Sales Taxes, Goods and
Services Taxes, Excise Taxes, Custom Duties
