why the CT ratio secondary is always divided by 5 for eg(
75/5,80/5,50/5)

the first part will show the primary current eg 75/5 75 amp
will be your primary current and 5amp represents the
secondary current, but its not always 5, even in market
30/1 and 50/1 etc is also avaiable, but true there is an
standard. Rest all what Iamdon said perfectly ok.
