although most mathematical computations are being worked out
by computers now-a-days. A fundamental understanding of
computers along with the ability to visualize abstract
concepts in 3D, + model making + good communication skills +
understanding of, and experience in, building construction +
the enjoyment of details with a slight OCD compulsion + self
confidence + ability to learn (forever) + fundamental
understating of finances + acceptance that you'll probably
never be financially rich.
