The strategy which I follow is that I will keep one big
unwanted file (1 GB) size in /oracle/<SID>/oraarch
directory. So that incase the archive struck happens I can
immediate delete the 1 GB file and I get 1GB of space
instanteously for some time and get some time to think for
a permanentely. Or simple solution is if you have space on
disk then increase the size of your mount
point /oracle/<SID>/oraarch .

In the Sap Easy Access Menu I see the menu System -> User Profiles ->Own Data. Other options Hold Data is to keep data values that you have entered in a field of an application for the duration of the session; SET DATA not to overwrite the data and DELETE DATA to delete the set data. Can somebody explain me the Hold Data, Set Data and Delete Data with examples, i mean giving an example of fields?
