why we always consider Bulkage due to the voids only for
the Fine aggregates not for the Coarse aggregates

When moisture content is added,a seperating film is
formed with fine aggregate only .And the coarse aggregate
colld not form the film.
This seperating film is responsible for the bulking
of sand i.e fine aggregate.
