HR means Human Resouces. but HR itself is a vital concept,
where it covers the welfare of the employee and even in out
from the organization. HR is a LEADER to drive an
organization to fulfill the individual and group objectives.
We cannot crisp the HR into Human resources as it has
broader sence.
