MEGGER IS USED 2 MEASURE D INSULATION RESISTANCE OF ANY
CABLE SO THAT ANY LEAKAGE BETWEEN THE INSULATION CAN BE
KNOWN AND MEASURES IN MEGA OHM...........
AND EARTH TESTER IS USED TO MEASURE THE LOW EARTH
RESISTANCE OF BETWEEN ANY TWO POINTS WHICH IS ALWAYS LESS
AND IN OHMS.............................
