when such type of HR questions are asked i belive they want
to judge you what kind of a person you are(are you capable
of working with a team) and also they want to judge how
much patient and confident you are.
My answer to this question would be..
As a Human being I am a supertious person and do belive in
god because i feel that their is someone who is governing
this world(all indians belive in god, this creates a
positive imperesion that this person is good by nature).I
am cool person and love to listen to the openion of others
and then take a appropriate desion(This says you have a
good team work capability).I love challenges in life and
also appriciate others of same mind(You are Confident also).
When we talk about socialism i won't say i am a Altrustic
person but i always do give food to beggars instead of money
(They must ask why, then say they utilise the money in a
wrong way so i feel food can fil their stomac-- this gives
a impresion of being a inteligent person), provided if
money is their in my pocket(answer this line with a smile-
they will think you are also humorous).I love travelling to
various places and also tries to understand their culture.
(Some Hr also notice that are you open to travell different
places for companies intersted).
well this is what I am, and I am always open to everyone
with confident that i will definetly find few friends of my
kind with whome i can talk, enjoy and share my feelings.
