Mr.Sudheer u r not clear.U r telling the condition after DG
starting only, not during running.
Mr.Shri can u please explain me how the voltage will be
fluctuating if the AVR is OFF.
In parallel mode if the AVR of the suspected DG
fails, then the reactive power of the particulat DG gets
reversed because the DG will be out of its running
quadrant.Since the reactive power is reversed, DG will be
trip on under reactance. Also if it is not tripped, its
outgoing current will be increased, so it will trip on Over
current.
In island mode if the AVR of suspected DG set
fails, then the loads connected to it will be thrown off
immediatly and the DG may trip on prime mover overspeed due
to sudden throw of load or undervoltage protection on DG.

Hi Suppose we have a wye/wye transformer which is grounded at both sides,in this situation, do we have ay ground transformer? in other words, ground transformer can do any thing more (while we have nuetral wire in both sides)? As the last question, what about 3rd harmonic? we have two choices: first using wye/delta transformer + ground transformer and second using wye/wye earthed connection.in the former choice, we dont have 3rd harmoonic at the secondary side but what about Yn/yn conection? do we suffer from 3rd harmonic in the Yn/yn connection?
