One Simple answer is when a technology is outdated, the S/W
engineers working on it must update it and this goes on for
his entire working period. But when a Banker has
interpersonal skill, customer relation making skill, he is
unstoppable in his career in long term. The up gradation of
a banker needs a little of training and more of experience
unlike a S/W engineer. A banker has more managerial skill
than a S/W engineer, which every S/W engineer wants to have
to be a manager someday.
