when the mobile is switched on, it sends an activation
signal to the nearest BTS. BTS send back a signal to get
the information about the type of connection needed by the
MS. the MS sends a request to connect to a desired server.
BTS request the MSC to provide the authentication to the
MS. BTS reads the details such as IMEI number etc to
authenticate the connection.
