In a call centre,there will be two types of calls:
INBOUND
OUTBOUND
Inbound calls : Employees in a call centre would be
receiving calls from the customers regarding their issues
concerning to products,etc
Outbound calls : Employees in a call centre make calls to
customers to sell their products or to market their products,etc
