there are actually numerous reasons....examples are:
1. call center agencies offers better compensations compared
to other industries.
2. they give you a chance to utilize as wells as enrich your
skills and knowledge in computer and verbal communications.
3. being hired as a customer service agent opens lots of
good job opportunities in the future.
i think it is so awkward giving a particular amount for the
salary stuff. i think it is better if u'll ask ur
interviewer a range and then just choose an amount from the
range the interviewer has given you... ^^
a call center acts as the nerve channels of business. it
bridges communication between the customer and the company.
