Scan time depends on PLCs. In the timing diagram of PLC
execution we have three different times.
1. Input scan time
2. Execution time
3. Output scan time.
Input scan time the PLC receiving the data status from the
input peripherals.
Execution time is the time required to execute the program
or for scanning the rungs in PLC program.
Output scan time is the time required to send the results
to the output devices as per the execution of the program
rungs.
