hiring process is a process of finding a right candidate
for a right job it includes following steps
1. evaluation of a job
available. 2.
understanding the needs of a candidate
3. candidate must have those qualities needed for the
profile
4. good comm skills
5. experience
6. age does matters
7. willingness of the candidates
8 screening of the candidate after gone through the
qualities
9 fixing their interveiw with the company
10. retaining period matters allot . he should retain in
an company for at least 3 months .
