why some one will send mail in encrypt mode and how do you
read the encrypted mail.

Encrypt mode i s secured mode of Data transmission. The Data
we send from our end would be encrypted when we send,
actually we wont encrypt data manually and it would be
encrypted by the mode of transmission(i.e., modem r router).
The transmitted will be decrypted at the the receiver's or
destination computer. Hence Encryption & Decryption is not
done. There is a lot to discuss about Encryption and
Decryption which includes data communication and lot of
conversion techniques.....

I am a fresher and still in my probation period in wipro bps . And I have been put in PIP ( performance improvement plan) as I got many errors in my duration. Does that mean they will terminate me?
