CALL CENTER : it is a mediater between customer and the
company where there will be 2 types inbound & outbound
INBOUND:- receiving a call from customer
OUTBOUNFD:- calling to the customer
BPO ( BUSINESS PROCESS OUTSOURCING) :- iy is a talkative
transaction between customer and company about various
products of the company
