Roles and responsibilities of HR as follows:
Processing recruitment,assecing training and developement
programme,evaluating the performance of
employees,Appraising the employees,Motivation of employees.
Planning,cordination,staffing,directing,controlling all the
functins of management are performed by Hr.Instead of these
function handeling of grieveances of employees and
maintaining a healthy enviornment throughout the
organisation is the responsibility of HR.
