Asnswer Is 88.
Explanation :-
Rectangle has 4 sides with opposite sides equal in length. Let these be a,b
Now, we are given area as 680
ie. a*b=680
If a=20, then b=34
Now fencing is to be done on 3 sides leaving one a side i.e 2b+a
2*34+20 =88
