this cycle motivates an individual to move towards his/her
goal.the first stage is driving state(set in motion by
bodily needs or environmental stimuli.for an
instance:internal feeling of hunger which motivates one to
eaty.the second stage is goal directed behaviour.for an
instance: one moves to kitchen in search of food or may cook
food.the last stage is achievemant of goal.for an instance:
one can now satisfy his/her need for food or his/her hunger
is now satisfied.
once the goal is achieved it motivates an indiavidual to
higher goals.
