SD Support Ticket is the one raised by the end user through
Solution Manager or other tools for the issues arised while
doing the process. Developer has to fix the issue and reply
to the end user through the Ticket explaining about the
issues and solutions.

Can anyone please give an example of writing functional specification for a particular situation?If you can't think of it, here is an example : How do we write a functional specification for the FITGAPS raised in the business system?
