1. The first step to handle the customer anger is listen
to him/her poroperly and completely.
2. Then search that why the problem arise or what went
wrong.
3. Then give him facts and infirmations related to
particular complaint.
4. Then solve his/her complaint immidiately
5. The last step in solving cusyomer anger is follow-up.
Keep on asking him that he has been satisfied with the
solution or not
