If the user finds deviation from the requirement is it
called Fault, Error, Defect or Failure

Depends where he find the deviation, means before delivery
to the client or after. If it find before delivery it is
called as bug and if the application in deployed in clients
environment and then finds a deviation, its called a DEFECT.
Please correct me if i am wrong.
