GETS IONIZED AND BECAUSE OF THAT THE MEDIUM BECOMES
CONDUCTIVE AND AFTER THE DISCRUPTIVE CRITICAL LIMIT OF
VOLTAGE WE HEAR HISSING SOUND ALONG WITH VISIUAL CORONA.
