What differance between Circuit brekar and Isolater?

c.b is protective equipment which is used to
protect tran. line in abnormal condition. we can operate
c.b. manualy as well as automaticaly .
while isolater is also protective equipment . but
isolater cant be operated automatically .
in normal condition isolater contacts are closed .
but c.b. is opened ........
