I have chosen Hr as My specialization because HR Personnel
need an innate ability to see around corner by analysing an
pitsfalls of an organisation.As Hr is basically concerned
with planning,organising,directing,staffing as well
handling an employees activities of an particular
organisation,Similarly Hr directly deals with people from
planning to directing an employee in an organisation.
.So with a above mention view points i think i have the
capability to do so and i think by acheiving my personel
objectives,i can give my best effort to the orginisation
where i will get a chance to work with.
