Why is a condensor used in a rankine cycle?

condenser is used to reduce the heat energy from the working fluid and in order to resupply the exhausted fluid to the boiler it should be at pressure equal or higher than boiler pressure which is done by a pump and u know that we can easy compress a colder fluid as compare to hotter one.....
