in our sub station why we step down firstly 33kv\11kv then
11kv to 430v. can we direct step down 33v to 430.v.

yes it is possible to step down 33kv directly to 430v but
in that the turn ratio of the transformer would be large
and it will increase the size as well as cost of the
transformer.
