ABT ( Avaibiliti base tariff ) is a teriff between Power
plant and Power distributor. In this type of tariff they
should declare the demand or generating capacity for next
coming hour. Because of this things it is eassy to manage
the situation by Load dispatch center. Also reduce gambling
possibility.
