Distinguish between neutral earthing and equipment earthing?

Neutral earthing is return path for current by making earth
as conductor.ie like all Star connedted system are having
return as earth and 3 phases metal conductor.
body earthing is least path for fault curretnt or leagage
current flow by connecting metal body to earth point by cu
conductor.

WHY BREAKER ARE USED IN SUBSTATIONS?
