I applied for my H1B this year .At the time of filing the
application I mentioned London as the preferred location
for the interview.However, I might be shifting back to
India pretty soon and I may not be in UK at the time of
stamping. Will that be a problem ? Will I be able to attend
the interview in India. Is there any thing that I need to
do do shift the interview to some other location.
Please help me with this.

Hi you can attend to the interview in india. But you have to
show the residence proof and mention proper cause.
And if you want to you can also change the consulate,
but for this you have to talk to your consultant. But this
process is going to take 6 months because you need to write
a letter to your consultant attorney. and in turn the lawer
place a petition

What questions are being asked for H1B stamping at Hyderabad. I am in US currently and planning to get stamping done in Hyderabad when I visit India.

Hi, I am going to attend H1B interview in the mid of june 2014.I am not apply for H4 dependednt visa. But My spouse is in USA with B1 visa, she will be back shortly. what can i say about my wife if the officer asked any question ( dou you have any immediate realtion in USA .. like)? Kindly help me.
My company processed the H1B visa for. Propably I will get the interview date by next month. I have 20 days overlap in one of my previous experience. i.e. Company A Service certificate shows 4 Jan 2005 to 25 Jun 2006, Company B shows 5 Jun 2006 to 16 Apr 2008. Hi, I went to US consulate in Mummbai, on 16 th march 2009 and i was asked to get income tax papers of my co, list of employees and my income tax return.Whn I carried those papers and went again, the officer asked to get unemployment wage repot, but my co is not ready to send me the report, could you please tell me if there is an alternate doc to it? Hi, My company has initiated H1b for me...am not sure, on my appliaction. This is because: 1. An from non IT background[Mech engg] & have only 2.3 years of IT exp 2. I did my Engg after my diploma in mechanical. Guidelines says it should be [10+2+4]...But i have [10+3+3].. Please answer this...Am very confused...
