Stock transfer means transfer of stock/goods from one unit
of the concern to its another unit. e.g. A steel trading
concern based in chennai transfers 1000 MT steel sheets to
its secunderabad branch can be understood as stock transfer.
In the above case it is possible to purchase from chennai
and bill in banglore. For that purpose stock should be
transferred through a tax invoice from chennai to banglore.
